Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) of SARWA
January 26, 2010--Sterling Apartments, Faridabad India
The meeting was presided over by the past President Mr. Sundeep Joshi. The past Finance Secretary Mr. M.c. Pande presented the budget. The Election Officer Mr. K.L. Chauhan conducted the elections in the presence of residents of Sterling Apartments.
DECISIONS:-
INTERCOM FACILITY
The president advised the Sterling Apartment residents to prefer installation of Airtel fixed line telephone connections, as Airtel has laid down their cables in the Sterling Apartments for the dual usage of phoneline - fixed line as well as intercom. The intercom facility by Airtel is connected with Security on the main gate of Sterling Apartments, Estate Office and across the Charmwood Village.
ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION
The Sterling Apartments residents consented to enhance the annual subscription of SARWA as mentioned hereunder:

Annual subscription payment can be deposited to SARWA by Cheques. Members can drop a local cheque payable to "Sterling Apartments Residents Welfare Association" at drop box located at the main gate security guard hut.
CAR STICKERS
In a view to enhance the security in the Sterling Apartments new color coded Security Stickers for cars have been devised by SARWA. Residents were advised to collect their security stickers from the security guard on payment of Rs. 10/- and by endorsing their details in the register available with the security guard. In accordance with new security norms entry of cars will be restricted to those bearing new color coded stickers.
APARTMENTS REGISTRATION
The residents were advised to get their apartments registered with Municipal Corporation Faridabad to facilitate handover of Sterling Apartments by builder to SARWA. The posession by SARWA will definitely augment the development of the Sterling Apartments.
